Emissions Reduction Targets

To achieve progress toward Net Zero, Fancy Window Cleaners has adopted the following carbon reduction targets:

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 30 tCO2e by 2028. This represents a 25% reduction from the 2022 baseline.

Progress against these targets will be monitored annually and updated accordingly.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

Since our 2022 baseline year, Fancy Window Cleaners has implemented the following initiatives:

• Upgraded fleet vehicles to hybrid/electric models, reducing fuel consumption.
• Installed energy-efficient LED lighting and PIR sensors in office premises.
• Reduced company travel by promoting virtual meetings.
• Implemented waste recycling practices to minimize landfill contributions.

These initiatives have collectively reduced emissions by 4 tCO2e, a 10% reduction against the baseline.

Future Carbon Reduction Projects

We plan to implement further measures such as:

• Transitioning to a fully electric vehicle fleet by 2030.
• Sourcing 100% renewable energy for office and operational premises.
• Partnering with local suppliers to reduce emissions from goods transportation.
• Continuing to invest in employee training on energy-saving best practices.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and use the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are reported in line with SECR requirements, and Scope 3 emissions are reported as required.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors.
